Dr. Shamim Choudhury is a clinician, educator, and co-founder of The Clinician’s Campus. He graduated from the University of Manchester (MBChB, MSc) and is research-focused, with his research presented in the United States. He has received outstanding feedback from seniors across all clinical rotations and has worked in multiple NHS Wales roles, including FY1 and FY2 rotations in Respiratory Medicine, General Surgery, Acute Internal Medicine, Renal Medicine, Trauma & Orthopaedics, and Emergency Medicine, and currently works as a Locum SHO in Emergency Departments.
Shamim has a long-standing commitment to education, mentoring, and widening participation. He has supported students from school through medical, pharmacy, and healthcare education, serving as a tutor and mentor, peer mentor, and Widening Participation Fellow at Manchester Medical School. He also contributed to the Social Mobility Foundation and held leadership roles with the National Citizen Service Trust. His dedication to sustainability and community engagement earned him the Stellify Prize.

Dr. Haroon Urrehman is a clinician, educator, and co-founder of The Clinician’s Campus. He completed the North Wales Academic Foundation Programme (FY1 & FY2) and has extensive experience in medical education, including designing and leading a 16-session clinical medicine and surgery programme for “PT Tips” at Cardiff Medical School. He is also an Honorary Lecturer at Bangor University.
As the lead course content creator for The Clinician Teacher, Haroon develops practical, evidence-based learning experiences that build clinicians’ confidence in teaching, mentoring, and supervising others. His mission is to make high-quality, affordable medical education accessible to clinicians at every stage of their career.
